How a Bureau Group engagement begins
Every engagement starts with a free 45-minute discovery call. On that call we ask about your team structure, your current content volume, your publishing channels, and the specific problems you are trying to solve. There is no sales pressure: if our services are not the right fit, we will say so clearly. If they are, we follow the call with a written proposal within three working days — a fixed-scope document that outlines deliverables, timeline, and price with no hidden items. We work with a small number of clients at any one time to ensure each engagement receives our full attention. If our current capacity is full, we will tell you our next availability honestly rather than overcommitting.

Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes, provided the founding team has at least one person with a dedicated content or marketing remit. The Essentials package is specifically designed for teams at the earliest stage of formalising their content operation — it delivers high value without requiring a large budget or a large team.
Can you work with our existing agency or freelancers?
Absolutely. Many of our clients already work with external content producers. In that context, Bureau Group designs the system and brief templates that your agency or freelancers use to deliver against — which often improves the quality of their output and reduces revision cycles at no extra cost to you.
Is the engagement fully remote or do you require on-site visits?
All Bureau Group engagements can be delivered entirely remotely. We use video workshops, shared digital workspaces, and asynchronous documentation reviews. If you are based in or near Galway and prefer in-person sessions, we are happy to accommodate that for the Studio and Enterprise packages.
