We build systems, not dependencies

Bureau Group delivers four core service areas: editorial strategy, content pipeline design, team onboarding, and performance analytics integration. A typical full-factory engagement runs twelve to sixteen weeks. We begin with a two-week discovery sprint — interviewing stakeholders, auditing existing content assets, and mapping your current workflow in detail. From that audit we produce a gap analysis and a phased implementation roadmap. In weeks three through eight we design and document the production system: brief templates, style guides, channel-specific checklists, CMS configuration guidelines, and an editorial calendar framework. In the final phase we run onboarding workshops with your writers, editors, and content leads, then hand over a fully documented factory your team owns entirely. Every deliverable is provided in editable formats so you can maintain and evolve the system independently.

Our four service areas

Each service area can be engaged individually or as part of a full content factory build.

Editorial Strategy

We work with your leadership and content team to define the purpose, audience, and success metrics for every content channel you operate. Deliverables include an audience persona pack, a channel strategy document, a content-type matrix, and a 90-day editorial calendar template. This phase typically takes three to four weeks and forms the strategic foundation for everything that follows.

Content Pipeline Design

We document the full lifecycle of a content asset — from brief submission through research, drafting, editing, legal or compliance review, SEO optimisation, and final publication. Each stage is assigned a responsible role, a time allowance, and clear handover criteria. We configure your project management tool (Notion, Asana, Trello, or equivalent) to reflect the pipeline so status is visible to the whole team at all times.

Team Onboarding Programme

We design a structured onboarding track for writers, editors, strategists, and content managers. Each role receives a role card, a skills checklist, a first-30-days task list, and access to a shared knowledge base. We facilitate two live onboarding workshops (in-person in Galway or remote) and provide a facilitator guide so your team can run future sessions independently.

Performance Analytics Integration

We define the KPI framework for your content operation — organic reach, engagement rate, conversion contribution, and content velocity — and embed reporting checkpoints directly into your editorial calendar. We configure a monthly performance dashboard in Google Looker Studio or Data Studio and train a designated analytics lead on your team to own and interpret it going forward.

“The pipeline design Bureau Group delivered was the single most useful document we have produced as a marketing department. Every ambiguity about who does what and when is now gone. Our editorial lead spent less time chasing people in Slack and more time actually editing — which is what she was hired to do.”

What makes our methodology different

Three principles that shape every Bureau Group engagement.

Documentation First

Every decision, process, and standard we design is captured in editable documentation before anything is marked complete. Teams that rely on institutional memory — rather than written systems — remain fragile. We eliminate that fragility by ensuring every role can be transferred with a single handover document.

Repeatable by Design

We engineer your content factory so that scaling from ten to fifty pieces of content per month requires process adjustments, not a complete rebuild. Every template, checklist, and workflow stage is modular — new content types, new channels, and new team members slot in without disrupting the existing system.

Your Team Owns It

We transfer complete ownership at the end of every engagement. There is no retainer required to keep the system running. Your editorial lead, content manager, or operations lead is trained to maintain and evolve the factory independently. Bureau Group remains available for periodic reviews, but the daily operation is entirely yours.
